Steps For a New POD Store


Here are the steps a client must Complete in order for a new POD store to be created

 

1. Ask the client to fill in tthe ICP form https://icp.teamip.com

2. Create a ticket in SUMMA for the new store indicating the name of the contact person (with email address in order to create their login for Alpha Omega). Also indicate who in Team IP is resposible for the store.

3. Upload all the graphics to the images tab of the store in Alpha Omega. Indicate in the ticket that images have been uploaded.

4. Once response to ticket indicates the store is up, review the store for any calibration needed. If any calibration is needed, indicate that in the ticket.

5. Ticket will be marked as responded and store will be finished.
