How to Create a New Catalog Using Alpha & Omega

Step 1: Using the following link, https://app.teamip.com/uluwatu/, arrive at the login window. Proceed to log in with your given credentials. 

 

 

 

Step 2: After logging in, you will be taken to the dashboard. In the top left corner, you will see a button with the Team IP Logo and three parallel horizontal lines. Click on this button.

 

 

Step 3: Clicking this button will take you to the Menu, containing a list of different options. From here, find the option called “Stores”, and click it.


 

 

Step 4: After clicking the “Stores” button, you will be taken to the store master list. Select the store you are making a catalog for by clicking the edit button with an icon of a pencil on paper.

 

 

Step 5: This will take you to the dashboard of the selected store. You will see a menu at the top middle of the screen, where the third button is called “Inventory”. Click on “Inventory”.

 

 

Step 6: This will take you to the Inventory Items menu. To the right of the underlined “Inventory Items” is a plus sign “+” icon. Click this plus sign “+” icon to create a new catalog for your selected store.

 

 

Step 7: After clicking the plus sign "+" icon, you will arive at the catalog window. At this time, you will select which garments of the 56 item Standard Digital Store catalog you would like to apply to your selected store. If you would like to retain the full catalog as is, simply check the box at the top of the list. Otherwise, scroll down the screen and select those garments that you would like to apply to your store.

By defualt, only 30 items are shown at a time, so to see the rest be sure to click the next page button ">" at the bottom of the screen.

After you have selected all your desired garments, continue to the next step by clicking the edit button with an icon of a pencil on paper at the top of the list. Then select CONFIGURE.

 

 

Step 8: In the following page, you will see the 1st of your selected garments displayed. TBD
